MANI TOOLS

MANI is the main page for a set of tools designed to enable high-throughput NMR Structure determination. Some tools are currently available for general community use. Use the links to the right to reach the tool page and follow the instructions.

	PINE offers fully automatic backbone and sidechain assignments, secondary structure determination, possible reference and outlier detection using a probabilistic approach that achieves excellent results.
	MANI-LACS is a component in a suite of tools for high-throughput structure determination using NMR. MANI-LACS with extended laboratory management functionality is available through the SESAME software. MANI-LACS currently achieves correct reference correction at a comparable level to tools that require structure. A database of corrected references is available.
	MANI-NACS is a component in a suite of tools for high-throughput structure determination using NMR. MANI-NACS with extended laboratory management functionality is available through the SESAME software. MANI-NACS offers a new approach.
	HIFI-NMR is our adaptive approach for rapid and automated collection of NMR data. The software implementing the algorithms used in HIFI is available for Varian spectrometers on both SUN and LINUX platforms. Also available is a complete data set demonstrating the capabilities of HIFI.collection of NMR data.
	PECAN is a component in a suite of tools for high-throughput structure determination using NMR. PECAN with extended laboratory management functionality will be available through the SESAME software. PECAN currently achieves better than 90% correct secondary structure identification for well-defined regions. PECAN offers a new approach to secondary structure identification that achieves excellent results.
	PISTACHIO is a component in a suite of tools for high-throughput structure determination using NMR.PISTACHIO with extended laboratory management functionality will be available through the SESAME software. PISTACHIO currently achieves better than 90% correct assignments for backbone and sidechains.
