MANI PECANPECAN Server v. 0.1 (Beta)
PECAN is a component in a suite of tools for high-throughput structure determination using NMR. PECAN with extended laboratory management functionality will be available through the SESAME software. PECAN currently achieves better than 90% correct secondary structure identification for well-defined regions.
