PISTACHIO Server v. 0.1 (Beta)

PISTACHIO is a component in a suite of tools for high-throughput structure determination using NMR.

PISTACHIO with extended laboratory management functionality will be available through the SESAME software.

PISTACHIO currently achieves better than 90% correct assignments for backbone and sidechains.

PISTACHIO offers fully automatic backbone and sidechain assignments using a probabilistic approach that achieves excellent results.

NOTE
Input file format is peak-picked resonance data in the XEasy format. A sample of xeasy files and a short instruction are available at here.
  •   Assignment results, including secondary structure identification, are returned via email .
  •    Depending on the size of the protein, the quality of input data, and number of current jobs, run times vary from one hour to one day.
